This Privacy Policy explains how Flowly LLC collects, uses, and stores information when you use Flowly websites, hosted tools, and related services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as contact-form submissions, images or other files uploaded into tools, and information associated with Google sign-in such as your name, email address, and profile image.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to operate Flowly tools, authenticate users, save tool settings and user-generated content, respond to inquiries, improve the service, and protect the platform from misuse.
4. Firebase and Third-Party Services
Flowly uses Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore, and Storage, to support sign-in and hosted tool functionality. Google sign-in is provided through Firebase Authentication. Analytics or session-recording tools may also be used on some pages if configured.
5. Uploaded Content
When you upload files or images into Flowly tools, those files may be stored and processed to provide tool features such as previews, saved settings, and generated outputs. You should only upload content you have the right to use.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain saved tool state, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Flowly, or when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your Choices
You may choose not to sign in or upload content, though some tool features may then be unavailable. You may also contact us regarding account-linked data questions.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Flowly after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
