FlowlyBoard TikTok Challenge

1. Sponsor and acceptance

The FlowlyBoard TikTok Challenge (the “Challenge”) is sponsored by Flowly LLC (“Flowly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By activating a Challenge pass, submitting a TikTok post URL, or otherwise participating, you agree to these Challenge Terms, the Flowly Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If these Challenge Terms conflict with the Terms of Service concerning this Challenge, these Challenge Terms control.

2. Challenge period

The Challenge begins when it is made available in FlowlyBoard and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 31, 2026 (the “Deadline”). Flowly’s systems are the official timekeeper. Your qualifying TikTok post must be public and its URL must be successfully submitted through FlowlyBoard before the Deadline. Merely creating or publishing a post is not a submission.

3. Eligibility

The Challenge is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old, have a valid FlowlyBoard account, and are legally able to participate. Employees, contractors, officers, and owners of Flowly, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. The Challenge is void outside the eligible territory and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

A paid Premium subscription is not required. Existing Premium members and eligible free users may participate. Each person may use only one FlowlyBoard account and may receive no more than one Challenge pass and one post reward.

4. How to participate

1. If you do not already have Premium access, you may optionally activate the one-time seven-day Challenge pass in FlowlyBoard. Activating the pass is not required to participate or submit a post.
2. Create an original FlowlyBoard board.
3. Publish the finished board on TikTok as a photo post, carousel, or video.
4. Follow and tag @flowly.cookies in the post caption, keep the post public through review, and satisfy the disclosure requirements below.
5. Submit the public TikTok post URL on the FlowlyBoard Challenge page before the Deadline.

The post must clearly show your board and your own arrangement or customization. It must not contain unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, obscene, dangerous, or infringing material; impersonate another person; manipulate engagement; or violate TikTok’s rules or another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You must have all permissions needed for anything and anyone shown in the post.

5. Required commercial-content disclosure

The possibility of receiving free Premium is a material connection to Flowly. Your post must clearly and conspicuously disclose that connection in language an ordinary viewer will notice and understand. You must use TikTok’s content disclosure setting and also include a clear disclosure in the post itself.

For a video, place the disclosure in the video, preferably both visually and audibly, and in the caption. For a photo or carousel, place it prominently in the caption and, when needed for clarity, on the content itself. Do not hide the disclosure after “more,” among many hashtags, or somewhere viewers are unlikely to see it.

Example: “Ad: FlowlyBoard may give me one free month of Premium for sharing this post. @flowly.cookies”

You are not required to praise Flowly or express a positive opinion. Any statement about Flowly or FlowlyBoard must reflect your honest experience and must not make a claim you cannot support.

6. Review and qualification

Flowly will manually review submissions for compliance with these published requirements. We may request reasonable evidence that you control the FlowlyBoard and TikTok accounts or that required permissions were obtained. A submission may be rejected if it is late, incomplete, unavailable, private, deceptive, duplicative, copied, infringing, submitted through multiple accounts, missing a required tag or disclosure, or otherwise violates these Challenge Terms.

A post must remain public and materially unchanged until Flowly completes its review. Flowly will make eligibility decisions reasonably and in good faith and may correct clerical, technical, or review errors. If your submission is rejected before the Deadline and remains editable, you may correct and resubmit it before the Deadline. The Deadline will not be extended merely because a submission needs correction.

7. Premium pass and post reward

Optional Challenge pass. An eligible free user may activate one seven-day Premium pass without providing a payment card, but activation is not required to participate, submit a post, or qualify for the post reward. If activated, the pass starts immediately, cannot be paused or restarted, and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Post reward. After Flowly approves a qualifying submission, the participant is eligible for a non-cash $10.99 USD Flowly account credit toward the participant’s next eligible Premium payment. The credit does not cover sales tax or other applicable taxes, which remain due based on the participant’s billing location. It also does not cover fees, add-ons, or past-due amounts.

Flowly will apply the USD-denominated credit to the eligible Stripe customer associated with the same FlowlyBoard account. Currency conversion is not available. A participant without an eligible future Premium payment will not receive cash, a refund, or another substitute.

Rewards are personal, non-transferable, not for resale, have no cash value, and cannot be combined across accounts. Participants are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations resulting from a reward. Allow a reasonable period after approval for manual review and crediting.

8. Your content and permission to review

You retain ownership of your post. By submitting its URL, you give Flowly a limited, non-exclusive permission to access, view, document, and internally reproduce the public post solely to administer the Challenge, verify compliance, prevent abuse, maintain records, and resolve disputes. This permission does not give Flowly the right to reuse your post in advertising or other public marketing; we will seek separate permission before doing so.

9. Privacy

Flowly may process your account identifier, email address, submitted URL, public TikTok content, submission and review status, timestamps, Stripe customer information, and related records to administer the Challenge, deliver rewards, prevent fraud, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and privacy requests. TikTok and Stripe handle information under their own terms and policies.

10. Fraud, technical problems, and changes

Flowly may disqualify a participant or withhold or reverse a reward when reasonably necessary to address fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized automation, duplicate participation, charge disputes, tampering, a material violation of these Challenge Terms, or an error that produced an unearned reward.

Flowly may suspend, modify, or end the Challenge prospectively if fraud, platform changes, security incidents, technical failures, legal requirements, or circumstances beyond Flowly’s reasonable control materially impair its operation. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice and will honor valid submissions already completed before the change. Flowly is not responsible for a participant’s device, connectivity, TikTok availability, deleted content, incorrect URL, or failed or delayed transmission.

11. TikTok disclaimer

This Challenge is sponsored and administered solely by Flowly. TikTok does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or have any association with the Challenge. By participating, you release TikTok from claims arising from the Challenge to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms changes your obligations under TikTok’s terms and policies.

12. Other terms and mandatory rights

The disclaimers, limitations of liability, acceptable-use rules, and other generally applicable provisions in the Flowly Terms of Service apply to the Challenge. Nothing in these Challenge Terms excludes liability or limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
